Outreach youth work

Outreach youth work helps to clarify life situations and future plans. Outreach youth work is intended for young people aged 15 to 29 who are outside of education, employment or other services. The task of outreach youth work is to reach young people in need of support and help them access services and other support that promote their goals, growth, independence, inclusion and life management, as well as access to education and the labour market.
Outreach youth work is free of charge, absolutely voluntary and confidential. The work is based on the information and goals provided by the young person themselves, and on the young person's own assessment of the need for support.
