Kihniö gym Gym 51

A renovated gym is located in the center of Kihniö in the old space that used to be a Siwa store and later an M-market store. The entrance to the gym is barrier-free.

The gym has a very diverse selection of different fitness equipment. The gym itself is a single, spacious 250 square meter space. The warm-up equipment includes 2 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 2 rowing machines, 3 exercise bikes and a skating machine. There are a total of 8 Technogym weight pack machines, with which you can train your stomach, back, upper body and legs. In addition, there is a leg extension/extension machine and a peck deck and rear shoulder combination machine. New equipment in the summer of 2025 has also been added, including a hip lift machine and knee bends performed while lying down.

There is a separate lifting platform for free weight trainees. There is also a leg press and hack squat for legs. There is also a Smith machine if you need a controlled bar for your exercises.

There are lever arm machines for the chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, abdomen, and front and back thighs.

It can be said that the Kihniö hall is truly versatile and cozy!

The gym was renovated at the beginning of 2022. The renovation allowed us to update the equipment and create a new space to meet the needs of the users.
