Kihniö municipality swimming shifts are held in the pool of the health center (address Kivinevantie 11-13). The pool is 10 meters long and approx. 5 meters wide. The depth of the pool is one meter at the shallow end and 1,5 meters at the deeper end. The pool has a virtual water exercise screen, which is freely available to those on pool shifts.

The shifts are open to everyone and can be accessed with swimming tickets, which can be purchased in advance from the municipality's central office in batches of 5-10. Ticket prices are as follows:

adults and seniors 3,5e/piece

Children 7-12 years old 3e/piece

children under 7 years old free
