Announcement/Display of the draft building regulations
The Kihniö Municipal Board has decided at its meeting on 1 June 2026, Section 96, to make the draft building regulations available for public viewing. The draft building regulations will be publicly available in accordance with Section 19 of the Building Act from 10 June 2026 to 14 August 2026 on the Kihniö Municipality website at https://www.kihnio.fi/fi/ilmoitustaulu.
If necessary, the material can also be consulted at the Kihniö municipality premises by making an appointment in advance by calling 03 44 411. When the municipal office is closed for the holidays, the material can be consulted at the library during its opening hours.
Any opinions on the draft building regulations must be submitted no later than 14 August 2026 at 3 pm either electronically to kihnio@kihnio.fi or by post to the Municipality of Kihniö, Kihniöntie 46, 39820 Kihniö.
A public event on the draft building regulations will be held on 17 June 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Puumila Art Center at Kuruntie 1-3, Kihniö. Doors open from 5:30 PM.
