The municipality of Kihniö is felling trees in areas it owns in the center of Kihniö. The aim of the measures is to create a clearly more open environment in the areas than at present. In connection with the work, logging residues will also be removed from the areas. The aim is to create a 'park-like' environment and leave larger trees in the area. The municipality is applying for a landscape work permit for the felling of trees and is consulting the neighbors of its properties with this public announcement.
