The municipality's rental apartments

Kihniö municipality has rental apartments in various parts of the center of Kihniö. The apartments are in terraced houses and are mainly two-room apartments, but there are also studios and three-room apartments, as well as one 4-room apartment.

The municipality's rental apartments are:

• As Oy Kihuna at Kiviholmantie 13
• KOY Suutarinpiha at Suutarinkatu 9
• Koivikko row houses at Saarijärventie 2 and Rauhalantie 4
• Veterans' houses at Kihniöntie 66
• Kettukallio townhouse at Kasevantie 4
• Rental cabin at Kasevantie 2
• Rajakallio townhouses at Rajakalliontie 7 and 9

Rents are approximately 6 - 10 euros/m² + water fee, depending on the size and condition of the apartment.
