The 2025 budget has earmarked 30.000 euros for investments in the health and service center. The budget has allocated these funds to property development and space change planning, which cannot be implemented this year. The studies conducted have identified a need to renew the drainage and rainwater solutions on the south end of the building. Therefore, there would be a need to make a change to the 2025 investments and allocate the reserved 30.000 euros to the building's stormwater solutions.
An additional allocation of 15.000 euros has been allocated to the Geopark cross-country trail Aitoneva-Käskyvuori cost center for the installation costs of route signs in the 2025 budget for investments. During the implementation of the signage, an additional need has been identified for signs describing the entire route, especially the fact that part of the route is reserved for a ski trail and part for a snowmobile trail during the snowy season. Approximately 5000 euros are now needed for the design and implementation of these additional signs.
In general, the technical committee's investments are falling below the investment level allocated in the 2025 budget, so the changes being presented now will not increase the overall level of investments in 2025.
The Technical Committee proposes to the municipal board and further to the council that a change be made to the investments in the 2025 budget, in which the 30.000 euro investment reserved for the health and service center would be allocated to the renovation of the building's stormwater solutions and that the additional appropriation allocated for the implementation of signage on the Geopark cross-country trail would be increased from 15.000 euro to 20.000 euro.

The 2025 budget has earmarked 55.000 euros for investments in the comprehensive school. The budget has allocated this amount to the repair of drainage and yard structures, which cannot be implemented this year. The school's public address system is not working as planned, and its renovation has proven to be the only way to get the system working as desired. Therefore, there is a need to make a change to the 2025 investments and allocate 23.000 euros to the renovation of the public address system.
