The motion for a resolution was adopted unanimously.
Two minutes reviewers will be elected. In accordance with the agreed practice, the reviewers will be Arsi Haapamäki and Antti Kivioja. The minutes will be reviewed on 20.5.2025 and will be available for viewing on 21.5.2025 on the municipal information network.
Sirpa Kaikkonen was elected as the second scrutineer to replace Antti Kivioja.

Kihniö Early Childhood Education has an open position for an early childhood education teacher. The position was previously held by a community nurse who retired in 2024. It has been decided to hire an early childhood education teacher to replace the vacancy for the community nurse, so that the personnel requirements set by the Early Childhood Education Act would be met in 2030. In addition, the early childhood education teacher position will include special pedagogy and development work, the need for which will be specified when the person selected for the position starts.
According to the administrative regulations of the municipality of Kihniö, the Education and Welfare Board decides on the selection of permanent teachers and the Welfare Director decides on the selection of other personnel.
The Education and Welfare Board decides that the position of early childhood education teacher will be filled until further notice, starting on July 1, 2025.
