Two minutes reviewers are elected. In accordance with the agreed practice, the reviewers are Margit Hellgren and Antti Kivioja. The minutes will be reviewed on October 24, 2025 and will be available for viewing on the municipality's information network.
The motion for a resolution was adopted unanimously.

The information received is noted and it is also recorded that in the future, a TE Services employee can also be included in the company visit in the Kehitys-Park service aimed at companies.
The Kihniö Municipality Strategy has been completed by 2022. It can be found on the municipality's website. The functional objectives of the municipal board's performance area are attached. Proposals for objectives for 2026 will be given to the municipal board.

The Vitality Division discussed the matter and proposes the following to the municipal government:
- Advertising material is being prepared for the industrial plots for sale by the municipality, which could include a marketing slogan "A ton of land" The size of the plot for sale at this price would be approximately 4000 m2.
- The Pyhäniemi motorhome parking area is being expanded. by expanding the current site next summer. The trees will be pruned, the maintenance building will be renovated, and the surroundings will be cleaned up. It will be investigated whether it is possible to place tent sites in the area.
- The municipality's land areas will be mapped; especially waterfront plots, zoned if necessary and put up for sale.
- The zoning of Sulkuejärvi will be continued as a waterfront development plan (3-4 building sites).
The objectives/measures described above will be added as a proposal to the operational objectives of the municipal government, where applicable.

- Asta Fair 2026 will be held in Tampere from January 30 to February 1, 2026 with the Joint Exhibition Parkano.
- Travel Fair Helsinki 16-18.1.2026 Joint stand with the municipalities of Route 3, managed by Kehitys-Parkki.
- Domestic Travel Fair 2026, these will not be held this year.
- Advertising materials; materials are being updated, the technical department will handle the plot brochures as a single entity, the larger brochure will possibly be updated.
- Pirkanmaa Vitality Competition, we will gather in the spring for this event.
Other issues that arise:
- Investment is made in advertising and informing about the exercise routes > the leisure department and the technical department are responsible for this.
