9. Principles of data protection

The Kihniö Municipality intranet is protected and is used with an encrypted connection. Users have a unique user ID. The server is located in locked equipment facilities at Gemilo Oy's server supplier and only designated persons have access to the facilities. Gemilo Oy is the data processor.
