The municipality of Kihniö will offer remote assistance for Kela matters starting April 14, 2026.
The remote service provides assistance with, for example, advice and guidance on Kela benefits, making applications and using Kela's online services. The remote service allows you to connect remotely to Kela's expert service via video and audio.
Remote service is offered Tuesdays 9–1:30 p.m. in the library's fairy tale room, Kihniöntie 44. When the front door is locked, ring the doorbell.
